The personnel is helpfull and the rooms are good sized. A kitchen was a great addition. Moreover, free WiFi was handy. Excellant base for 1 night.

We have stayed in Vichy many times and would return here. Great hotel, MARVELLOUS service provided. Breakfast had plenty of options, including bacon and pancakes.
